Ordered and paid for parts. Never received. Follow up e-mails not answered.

Really wish I'd checked into the company before ordering. Same story as lots of others are reporting - part ordered, money taken, no further emails or updates and tracking just shows the order as "unfulfilled". Really cross. Website needs to be shut down NOW.

No delivery, no updates, I response to emails, no answer on phone number. 

I ordered parts on 17 December, was charged immediately and told 1-3 days delivery. When nothing had arrived by Christmas I was concerned but gave them the benefit if the doubt. By January I started to chase by email and phone, but got no reply to emails and just an American voice telling me to leave a message.

After 6 weeks I have contacted my credit card company for a refund.

Other than a web-site there is no evidence to me that this business even exists!

Forgot to check the company before ordering, no delivery, no replies to emails, phone number goes to some central switch no one ever answering. Luckily I live near the claimed address so order #4915 will be coming knocking on the door before he reports you to trading standards and bank's fraud department.

I paid and waited, It was never sent, read all the other reviews, I hope the police catch up with them.

I placed an order and never received it. I emailed the company multiple times and no answer. It's been 3 months and I now give up.

I suggest you read the reviews about this company from TrustPilot. I'm not the only one who never received their order. I don't know why there are so many positive reviews here on ReviewCentre about this company.

Yes, it looks like I am joining the growing ranks of customers who have lost their money in continuing customer-abuse. No available contact, email and mailbox answerphone message ignored, and promise of 2-3 day delivery totally ignored. Now what's to be done?

Please avoid this company! They take your money and don't give send any products out. Really annoyed I didn't see this page first!

Took my money a fortnight ago - products not yet delivered and unable to contact by telephone - no response to emails -- I suspect that they are no longer trading but still taking customer payments --- PLEASE AVOID
