After being given the standard blank look and I only work here version of customer care at the Big DIY store. I did an internet search and....I found what I wanted at a lower price and ordered it there and then. I got an almost instant acknowledgement and a delivery within 4 days.Not bad one thinks,,,,but then someone contacts me to check I got the order and that it's ok...even better one thinks. I was let down by my local garden centre who where meant to save me a Cairo Bistro set and when I went to collect they had already sold it. This was a retirement gift for my parents I was left with 5 days to source and order the Cairo Bistro Set online. I ordered with cheaper online a Tuesday and received delivery on Thursday morning. I placed an order at 3.45 on a Sunday afternoon for 2 items that each weighed 12kg. I expected the extremely reasonable postage of £4.46 to apply to each item, but was pleasantly surprised to learn that postage prices were combined. For such heavy items the postage price was brilliant. Both items arrived at 18.00 on Tuesday, just 2 days since the order was placed. Service has been efficient, with super fast delivery and with excellent postage prices. I am very pleased.

Prompt turn around time with delivery and product nice and compact so portable

My wife and I are going to the Last Night of the Proms show at Audley End and were looking for chairs that are comfortable for the duration of the event and easy to carry, as you can sometimes be parked some distance from the arena. The Director Chairs with side table fitted this bill perfectly.
