Generally an easy company to deal with, but not sure they test everything before despatch. If you order a boiler PCB from CET and it arrives faulty (there is no indication that the board has been repaired or tested) then you have a nightmare as you start changing other parts until convinced the reconditioned CET part is faulty. At least CET do replace or refund quite quickly but you will be left out of pocket with postage and of course all the other parts used you have used. In future I will buy New it works out cheaper in the long run and with less hassle.
