They did not deliver hundreds of POUNDS worth of items. Communication has been unclear however due to an error made either by their chosen shipping company or themselves, they are withholding refund. Unhelpful customer service and unethical trading practices. IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY... if the courier has been chased this has not been communicated to me, i have no idea where it is or what even happened to the consignment. I believe it is unethical to hold a customer's money when an order has not been fulfilled, particularly as the error has nothing to do with the customer. . update- 17/04/24- I HAVE CONTACTED COURIER TO BE TOLD IT HAS BEEN RETURNED - BUT NOW BLUMFELT ARE IGNORING MY EMAILS AND NOT CONFIRMING RECEIPT OR REFUND. update- 18/04/24- STILL NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED GOODS AND NO HELPFUL EMAIL. ALL ADDITIONAL DETAILS PROVIDED AS REQUESTED FROM THIS TRUST PILOT REVIEW, BUT NO CORRESPONDENCE BACK EITHER. BLUMFELDT ARE STILL HOLDING 100'S OF POUNDS OF MY MONEY AND YET ALSO HAVE THE GOODS BACK. THIS SEEMS UNETHICAL TO ME.
