Returned sink+pedestal after paying return carr and paying for a replacement 5th june.So far have not had refund.They keep you waiting on phone,25 mins+ then cut you off.If you ring adifferent section they won't help or take details and never reply.Emails never get answered.The "Contact us"page doesn't recognise my previous order numbers.I have a faulty bathtap to return but have given up in despair.Got new bathroom can't have a bath.They are a joke!A.Morris Torbay
