AN e MAIL STATED THAT THE GOODS WERE SENT...BUT DID NOT ARRIVE. tHEIR PHONE LINES ARE CLOSED SO I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FOLLOW MY GRIEVANCE UP.

The Solstice Crane statues are beautiful, Barnitts were prompt and helpful, when I made contact to say that I had not received any tracking. After being chased up, UK mail sent me two slightly different tracking numbers, then the 'chocolate tea pots' sent the order to the wrong sorting hub. I waited fruitlessly for days, and the item arrived on Monday. Free delivery that is such a waste of time is a total pain. I prefer to pay and have a firm delivery slot, and not have waste days losing the will to live. I looked at the UK Mail revues, apparently this is typical of the way they operate. To be totally fair, I must add that my local UK Mail courier, is certainly not part of the problem. I was informed that as Barnitts have no control as to which couriers their suppliers use, therefore I shall not be placing any further orders with them, which is a pity as the price that I paid was the best that I found on-line, but I value my time more than saving a few pounds.

Placed an order at the beginning of April but no goods or communication was received regarding the delivery date. I have continually chased this order week on week, being told that it is out of stock but will be back in stock in a week to 2 weeks time. My last email- which was only yesterday told me it would be delivered next week - and shock horror 24 hrs later they tell me it's out of stock until the 30th May so I will be waiting a further 3-4 weeks, having already waited 5 wks until it arrives. Not happy, not impressed by the communication as I have had to chase the updates. I would advise that if it is not in stock they ain't going to deliver it - COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. Will not use again
