I am a regular customer of B&Q coatbridge , Lanarkshire , i purchased alot of soil and the Lady who served me on the till  was very polite & friendly with a beautiful nature , i had a nice conversation then left , 5 minutes later i was still out in the carpark struggling with my load of compost & the lady who served me on the till approached me and lifted every bag into my boot to only found out she had finished her shift & was on her way home , this was exceptional customer service in my books 10/10
