I bought some 18 inch remy hair extensions from woman of essence through a KGB Deal. At a cost of £24 for a full set of clip in extensions valued at £59.99 I thought 'WHAT A BARGAIN I WILL HAVE THEM' The website looks good showing a girl with flowing red hair. So I order my regular colour of #33 true copper at a further postage cost of £2.99 to woman of essence and wait for them to arrive?? and wait?? and wait?? and wait??. I email them and they inform me as true copper is a popular colour they have ordered more stock but assure me they will arrive in time for my holiday in two weeks time so I wait................. They finally arrive three days before my holiday and the colour is washed out pink/plum certainly not true copper and I question whether it was actually Remy hair, It is thin and poor quality. I immediately email my dissatisfaction and I am told to return they AT MY OWN COST and then they will assist me with a refund. i return them at a further cost of £2.20. I send them an email telling them i have sent them and ask for reimbursement of postage under direct selling regulations of £5.19 as the item was significantly not as described. I receive an email stating they have emailed KGB as they are in possession of the £24 and they will refund my postage of £5.19. ....................... well the issue of getting my money back from KGB is another story on here what a farce that was and I wait.... and i wait.... and i wait.... despite many emails to woman of essence they are now choosing to ignore me!!! I appreciate the amount is only for £5.19 but its the principal of the matter. What I was sent was very poor quality and companies like this should not be able to get away with it. Dont waste any money buying hair from this site they send out poor quality hair and ALSO dont subscribe to KGB who promotes them as both companies I would suggest are not reputable.
