After numerous emails to the customer support as my goods never arrived - constant excuses that be patient my order will be with me - 8 months and guess what no order has arrived|!!!! Avoid this company - take your money and do not supply goods!!!!!

Ordered, paid, waited, no product delivered, contacted and received answers twice about delivery period and regulation. After the period expired all further mails bounced. The address is now unknown. This site is a fake! This is typical internet fraud. Do not try any business with them, for you will get ripped off. It is a shame for other liable internet shops because these loosers undermine the trust of the consumer and reduce possible transactions via internet. The industry itself should take much more powerful action to this kind of malpractice!!

Ordered perfume in February. Now September and still not got it. Fobbed off with excuses - it should be with you next week, we can't give you a refund, mail service is responsible for goods during transport - we will place a claim with them etc. Now they have changed their email address. Do not use - EVER!!! I have given 1 star out of 5 only because this website will not allow me to give zero out of five!

I ordered June 6th 2012 at Royal Store. I paid for an insured delivery for extra insurance, because it was an order abroad. I received a conformation of my order, but never received it within the 22 workingdays. No problem, so I contacted them. After a few days I got an e-mail saying, that according to their information, the order was delivered, I had to check the local postoffice. I did, contacted Royal Store again and they would look in to it. Had to allow them a few more days. No answer since 21th July. No present for my husband, no refund. If I try to contact them now, my e-mail is bounced. I wonder if this so-called company really exists. I had to give them 1 star, but they deserve none.

Start to wonder if this realy is a company! I orderd something and never get the delivery!! 22 days delivery? Perfume product intended as birthday present ordered from Royal Store and paid for months ago. Still no delivery. Reflect on your errors - didn't perform enough background research (like finding this website), paid for product direct from bank account and not via credit card (contrary to what you were always told to do), and finally believed those polite email responses re future delivery. What fools we are! Sick feeling in stomach? Oh, yes. What can be done? Learn from our mistakes is faint consolation. For your info, I have passed on details of my loss to Which magazine, the local police, the trading standards office and the website recommended in earlier post. Suffice to say, I'm not holding my breath nor expecting a delivery any time soon. Even after writing this review, it still hurts.

This 'supposed' company is a scam!! They took my GBP93.00 for items they never sent. If I had seen these reviews I would never have had anything to do with them. I hope International Police finds them out. They tell you to do bank transfer instead of credit cards/paypal and you NEVER receive any items you paid for. It's almost a month since I paid by direct bank transfer and no goods received. They have a U.K. telephone number 02081441179 which is always engaged . Their Invoice reads Royal Store Seychelles.

Google some perfume this site came up, checked it out as they sent me a bank transfer to complete, did not do this as any reputable company will not ask you to do a bank transfer and you should always check your tool bar that it is a locked site. I agree with the other reviewers. please be aware and do not use

I ordered perfume on 28th December and have still not received anything 3 months later. I wish I had read a review of the company before buying. I have been fobbed off in emails and have lost £28. After finding this review website I now understand this is a scam and am not alone. These people are scum.

Please note that I did not receive my goods and only wish that I had looked at independent reviews of the website before I purchased through them. Two months later they are still assuring me that the product is with customs and that they cannot reimburse me until I have received it. The site looks good and reputable enough but I really cannot warrant giving it any more than one star because I don't want to risk raising the overall star rating. I have contacted the anti fraud team actionfraud.org.uk and reported it to them. Please could other people take the time to do the same in their own countries as it would be great to see the website closed down so that other people don't fall for it. I'm supposedly a savvy consumer and I am so disappointed in myself for falling for this.

Like all the other reviews I too am stil waiting for my order. I have been told that they resent my order and that I should have selected the trackable option as I am not covered against parcels lost in transit. I too have reported them to Action Fraud as this website needs to be shut down.

Please please do not use this company, they are a complete scam. They claim they can only do bank transfer, they take your money and run. I have been in contact with an 'employee' for nearly 2 months who claimed to have redelivered my item about 4 times now and there is no sign of it being sent at all. There is no option to track the order and when I complained I got a very rude email back implying I was thick for not selecting this make believe order tracking. You will get an email from Christian or someone similar who will say the standard words on every email then add few nonsense words to make you think you are in the wrong. They are rude, scamful and should not be allowed to take peoples money like they are doing

I had a similar experience. Since I purchased a perfume from Royal Stores I've been emailing them asking for information about the shipping of a product I've already paid for. One week later, they still send me one email per day in response to those I send and, yet, don't tell me anything relevant about my purchase or the shipping. The person who has been responding to my emails is Christian Whittacker. Besides, the value I authorized CC Bill (the company who process payments on behalf of Royal Stores) to charge me was $48.25 instead of the $49.70 they actually charged me. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM. I've cancelled my card and filed a dispute along with my credit card provider.

i bought 2 perfumes from this website..and i am still waiting for my order to arrive.. and i dont think it will ever come.. its just a fake website..should have checked its authenticity before placing the order! ahhh... i can only regret noww.....just writing this review so that others out there dont make the same mistake i did!

The site send you email to make you believe your purchase is going as planned but you just WAIT! and NOTHING happens!...Well, I believe on a big scale £28++++ per as many person you can reach, they must make lots of money but I am going to declare them as a bad company so it does not happen to anybody else.

Mijn verhaal, ik wilde voor vaderdag boss bestellen en zocht naar een voordelige site, ineens kwam ik op de site Royal Store - Health and Beauty! op het oog goede site, contact stond vermeld retour beleid etc, en goedkoop!
account aangemaakt, inloggen en bestellen, aangezien ik de verzendkosten 12euro wat veel vond, heb ik meerdere favorieten geuren besteld.[ik ben een hollander] totaal 170 euro!! ik moest eerst even betalen naar hun bank
adress: Royal Store Moskovska Str. 1000, Sofia Bulgaria
gelijk betaald dit was 6 juni! het duurde even, voor dat ik bericht kreeg, dat ik had betaald...die kwam ook netjes mail en ook van mijn bestelling en dat hij onderweg was!, en thans dit en thanks dat, maar ik begon me toch een beetje zorgen te maken, want de maanden gingen voorbij, ik een beetje zoeken op internet, toen zag ik deze site! ik dacht nee dat is toch niet mijn Royal store? dus weer ingelogd en een mail, verzonden dat ik mijn zorgen maakten, kreeg voor het eerst een mail in het Nederlands, ze schreef het duurt 22 werkdagen na betaling, die hadden ze de 17 juni ontvangen. ik nog hoop en de dagen tellen in agenda, nee was nog net geen 22..maar al gauw werden het het 30 etc, dus ik wilde inloggen is die hele website verdwenen!! en elke keer als je royal store zoekt krijg ik een site van Go daddy com met allemaal andere reclame sites! ik heb ze een dreigmail gestuurd, ik had de oude bewaard en die beantwoord. maar je raad het al niets hoor je meer!
en het ergste vindt ik dat ze noch steeds slachtoffers maken, mag ik vragen op welke site jij je bestelling hebt geplaatst? want dit moet echt gestopt worden! p.s je kan ook online aangifte doen politie!
