I bought a product last year and just opened it to find it was solid and the date on the boxes is 2011. No wonder it was solid. What should I do?

Is it solid or just so thick it won’t come out of the bottle? Rox is water soluble I always add water to what’s left in the bottom and it will last me another month. If it’s solid then I really done know.If it was mine I would break the bottle and put it into another container with water and try shaking it.

How do I go direct to ROX as I seem to be finding the products only on Amazon or eBay? I normally buy the product off TV but haven't seen it for a while and was off put from my last purchase as it seemed half empty and I really like the product, but paying nearly £30 for a half empty bottle wasn't impressive.

I bought Rox Flawless but when I put it on and wait a minute or two it totally works but goes crusty so have to remove it and my eyes look more puffy and wrinkly than before cos I've had to rub the flawless off. Does anyone else have this problem and how is it rectified?

I STARTED USING THE PRODUCT IN JULY BUT AT FIRST IT DID NOT FEEL RIGHT. I NOW SHAKE THE BOTTLE VIGOROUSLY BEFORE APPLYING A MINIMUM AMOUNT TO MY EYES OVER LIQUID FACE MAKEUP. MAKES ME LOOK YEARS YOUNGER! I HAVE ALSO NOTICED THAT MY BAGS HAVE REDUCED CONSIDERABLY RECENTLY. WOULD NOT GO WITHOUT IT NOW.

Hi, yes it does as it says, it is trial and error different moisturiser to use as it can leave a white film under eyes but I use an oily based one and it works great!

Did not work for me at all. I am dark skinned and it left a dry film under my eyes. Looked like i had sleep under the eyes. I returned both the bottles, GArnier works better as it moisturises and conditions the skin. if you have darker parts under the eyes it will show and possibly dry your skin. Hope this helps/

Yes it is, need to try different moisturisers and make up as the product can be quite drying around eyes

I only ever wear a bronzer and use a concealer just in the corner/inside of the eyes. However when I first tried ROX I did apply it over the top of the concealer. I tend not to use liquid foundation as it does enhance any wrinkles! Sheer Cover do a powder foundation but you do need to practice with that. Maybe if you dab the foundation very lightly instead of smoothing it may work. Hope this helps.

Why can't you do a sample for a smaller price to help us non believers? It sounds to good to be true if it works as well as it says it does surely after a sample we would all buy as I would love to try but a bit hesitant due to the price x

Hi, the first time I applied the serum it did leave a white film on the skin but when I used it again I applied less and didn't notice anything. I also changed moisturiser to an oil free which has better results too.

I've never had a white film under my eyes after applying it.If you make sure your face is dry beforehand it will work. I also applied it over Garnier BB cream for oily skin today for the first time and it still worked. Was very surprised.

Hi, I speak as I find, and there was an initial 'blip' in delivery which I addressed by writing a review expressing my disappointment. I was contacted within 24 hours with an explanation, and the eagerly awaited ROX product arrived the next day. I was maybe a little impatient? ..... but hey, the wait was worth it because I absolutely love this product. The difference when I use my 'Flawless Eyes' is remarkable, so my advice is, GO FOR IT!!!

To be honest with you I truly feel if this product is used as per the instructions, the results are almost unbelievable and worth every penny. I used too much when testing it out for the first time during a Saturday afternoon, then realised my mistake and after cleansing my face used just a tiny amount before going out that evening. When I need my eyes to look good for several hours on a night out, 'Flawless Eyes' gives the sensitive skin surrounding my eyes a similar effect I might of expected following expensive surgery.
