Worst Experience Ever
Ordered a item that never turned up, tried to speak to customer services who fobbed me off with every email. Eventually get told the itme is out of stock and will send it when it’s back in stock. So they said they would refund the extra for next day delivery !! Guess what that never happened either been back in touch again and said that I wouldn’t use them again and it was such a bad experience. Their email to me was ‘’ good we don’t want you as a customer either ‘’ yet still no item or refund given.. reported to trading standards as it seems to be a constant problem with them after reading reviews online... I should have looked them up more before I bought from them... my advice is stay away it’s more hassle than it’s worth.

Late Delivery If At All And No Customer Service, A Disgarce
Placed order and did not receive I have phoned and emailed on numerous occasions with no success, there has been no goods or refund not even the curtesy of a reply.
I will never use again and advise others not also.

Not In Stock, No Refund, Lots Of Excuses
I placed an order with Pharmacy at Hand on April 7th.
I contacted my credit card company on the 19th as I hadn't received the goods, and they said they would be able to open a dispute. However an email arrived at 18.34 on the 19th saying the item wasn't in stock and had been discontinued. and that I'd receive a full refund.
The first couple of issues here are: they take the money even though they don't have stock, and that it takes them almost 2 weeks to let you know this and offer a refund.
A month later...
May 20th. Looking at my statement, no refund.
I called them, and they later called me back. They were apologetic but they blamed it all on Sage Pay.
So, don't use Pharmacy at Hand, and be wary of Sage Pay. If your item isn't in stock you won't know for a couple of weeks, and you may not get your refund without wasting valuable time chasing them. I don't know about you, but my time is valuable!
I contacted my credit card company in the end, as I was not sufficiently convinced that the promised refund will ever arrive.

Awful Company
Do not use this company people they are awful, I placed an order with them asked for next day delivery , no option to track order available. Well it didn't turn up the next day or the next, actually over a week later!!! Numerous phone calls and emails to no avail, they kept saying it had been dispatched, quite frankly it was a lie. The parcel did eventually turn up 8 days late. But to my horror someone had tried to take 4 payments out of my account , large amounts fraudulently, call it a coincidence but I think this company are dodgy as, so please do not use them!!!

very unprofessional and unreliable service. Did an order on the 09 of Dec and havent't received it yet after 3 weeks. Called few times last week and they promised the items were going to be delivered the next day. Today called again and phone number and website seem to be out of order.
Going to report them soon if they won't get back to me asap.

Gone Downhill Recently
Ordered on Jan 9th, no sign a week later so rang them and they'd obviously forgotten my order. Promised to deliver the following day (Sat) but never arrived. Still no delivery on Monday and finally arrived on Tues! They blamed the courier but the courier didn't even receive my package until the Monday themselves. Service used to be great but this has happened a few times now and its most disappointing as I used to use them regularly and they were fab.
The exact same thing happens to my orders! I have to call them to remind them to send my items. They blame the couriers even though the courier never receive my item on the day that PAH state. I use them regularly because they are great value but rubbish customer service and lying are not acceptable!

No Product - No Money!
I bought a range of products from this company. They sent them to the wrong address and it has now been over 2 months and I still dont have my refund of £6,000!!!! After numerous promises to refund me the money it has still not come to fruition and the person dealing with it wont even respond to any of my calls/emails or messages.
Be warned!
Very Poor Customer Service
Put an order 3 weeks ago, 10 days later items haven't arrived. Called left a message and no call back. Called again and was told the item name was changed and whether I will accept it, I said yes and told will be with me in 2 days. A week later still not received the items. Called 4 times and left messages and no call back. Very unprofessional. No customer care. Just emailed to cancel the order.

Well Organised Pharmacy With Good Follow Up
We ordered a couple of items that were advertised on the website but when they arrived they were incorrect. The pharmacy responded immediately and arranged for the correct items to be sent to us straight away by next day delivery. Communication by phone and email was excellent. They inspired confidence and we would use them again
Unreliable
Very unhappy - they are still advertising a product they cannot supply and I have had to raise a Paypal claim to get the refund they promised. I will never use them again.
