Another bad review, sent an order in August 2014, price seemed to good to be true. 3 weeks later no goods and no contact from Natures Vale! Tried to send them a message via their web site, still no reply. Contacted manufacturer they informed me that the item I had been trying to purchase is not available in the UK. Raised dispute with Paypal and they reimbursed me. Well done Paypal.

I will be contacting Trading Standards as a matter of URGENCY. They do not reply, answer the phone or have a legitimate website. DO NOT PUT AN ORDER IN WITH THIS COMPANY as they are NOT trustworthy. I have had no products delivered and they have NOT returned my money. I will NOT let this go even if I have to travel to Leeds to knock on the Flat door.

I think this company are operating under false pretences, at the least.

They took my order, I receieved nothing and heard nothing.

Then I tried to track it and just got an automated reply saying they were having

trouble with their site. The only good news is I don't think they have taken our money,

But that is still tbc.

I ordered some drain cleaner weeks and weeks ago. Nothing turned up so i sent them an email. No reply. Sent another. Not sure what to do next.

What a terrible terrible company. I have always ordered from online and rarely had any issues. 5 Weeks has gone by now without any word from the seller or product. I have emailed 7 times with no response. Please make sure you completely avoid this company they are thiefs and criminals clearly. I have contacted paypal and hope to get a refund.

i got drawn in by the cheap prices, a month later no delivery,no comunication.

have opened case with paypal. i believe this company is taking as much money as they can before they get officially found out ! no stars would be more appropriate.

I have ordered a couple of items a month ago and never receive them. They did not response email as well. AVOID this company! 

If you pay for a product and never receive it and receive no correspondence or response to requests for information or refund then I believe that this falls into the category of this company intentionally intending to permanently deprive me of my money.

Anyone else have a better definition?

Ordered items a month ago and still hva enot received them. Absolutely no response from the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I still haven't received an item i ordered last month, terrible company.
