On 7-27-2015, I ordered a product #70-3443, rolls of labels for lab machine, it said instock My card was charged. On 8-6-15 I called to check status and the man that answered the phone just said hello, not the business name and when I told him I was checking on an order, he told me to call back in 20 minutes while he looked into it, called him back in the 20 minutes and he still just answered hello, and he told me the product will ship out on 8/11 or 8/12/15. It is not 8/18/15, still no product and I called again, and guy still answered hello, [he never says business name}

he said he will have to check on this and call me back.

I ordered a U-shaped table for $444. Website says free shipping over $400. A month later, no product yet my card was charged the $444. I left voicemails and email for a week, no response. Finally someone picked up and said shipping would be $280 more. As soon as I said "no thanks, please refund the card", he said "no problem" and hung up. No confirmation number. Now I'm left wondering if I'll see the refund.

On 06/20/2014, I ordered Seracult Developer for Fecal Occult Blood Tests at $30.93 with shipping. My credit card was charged. No shipping is shown. I never received the product. Today is 07/21/2014.

Your customer service people very courteous and they did an extraordinary job. They were very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions before I even ordered my unit. They educated me with several of my key questions.
