The reviews here seemed a little mixed, but considering their prices were so low I thought I'd give them a go. Items took a little longer than I'd expect these days, but were on time according to the emails I received, which kept me informed with progress, and I even double-checked with their customer services who were super helpful. Would I order again, yes, but with some pre-planning to counter the delivery times.

I have been using this company for some years now as I find their products fairly prices compared to their competitors and delivery is quick an efficient. However, when I recently placed an order for two items one of which arrived with in the expected number of days courtesy of royal mail. I was disappointed to find that even after 10 days the other outstanding product order at the same time had not arrived. As per their procedures I contacted them after the 10 days waiting period in order that that could notify royal mail that the item had been lost. This they did do and at the same time they immediately issued me with a refund. Then two days later the missing item arrived after they had already sent me my refund. I advised them that it had finally arrived and I ask them if I could keep it instead of returning it back (as they had asked me to do if it eventually arrived), and I asked them if they could advise me how I could arrange to pay them for the product give my refund had already ben sent. Their reply, was unexpected but says a lot about their willingness to go the extra mile to look after their customers even though this late delivery was not actually cause by them directly, but rather it as down to their contractor the royal mail. Anyway, they advised me that they would like me to keep the product as a free gift in the hope that it would go some way to make up of the inconvenience caused by the later delivery. The product was Swanson Burdock Root, 460mg, 100 capsules and they way they handled this late delivery matter only served to reassure me that choosing to be a customer of Health Monthly was a smart decision as they really do know how to look after their customers. You only discover how committed a company is to customer service when something goes wrong not when everything works as expected. And so Health Monthly have now proved their commitment to excellent customer service even when the problem was not directly caused by them. I would not hesitate to recommend them and their products to others.

Best price on internet. Excellent communications. Minor problem promptly and generously resolved by charming Customer Service Team. Would I use HealthMonthly again ? Absolutely. Would I recommend them ? Absolutely
