AWFUL DO NOT USE!!!

I purchased a males Gucci aftershave that was advertised as having free headphones which looked like a good deal for nearly £40.00, although it was about £10.00 more than other sites it seemed a good deal for the extra. I paid extra for postage and gift wrap option.
What a mistake, took about a week to turn up and the gift wrap looked like it had been done by a child and was ripped, lucky I did open it as I would have been so embarrassed when it was opened as a gift if not! It was in a tatty brown box inside the gift wrap, covered in thick brown tape, when I opened it the aftershave was in there alongside a womens beauty make up bag as the free gift! I had to give the gift that day as a present as it had taken so long to come, when I complained they said that the free gift had changed now, with no notice, no apology of offer to exchange it even though it was a womens gift and all they did was refund the gift wrap for £1.99! I will never use these again, it looks like a good deal but also from reading previous reviews on the company the delivery always takes ages and the gift is whatever they have in stock, you are better off buying it from a trustworthy store!
