Placed an order on the website clearly stated free delivery for orders over £20! After placing an order for £50 and my sister placing order for £90 we were both charged delivery when queried with fragrance direct customer service was advised because we have already been charged they cannot refund! Ridiculous I work in customer service myself and know they can refund I will not be using them again!!

Read on many forums also that this company often pull stunts like this!
