I placed an order on 27th sept, to be shipped to India, and today being 2nd Dec havent recieved it yet.
I contacted ont he live chat option first after a month, they said the order is lost in shipping and they shall resend.

Today again after a month hen i contacted them, they say it must be lost again, and shall now refund my money back.

whereas i got the free product i was supposed to get with my order on the same address. but never got my product.

i am sure they must have been out of stock and hence gave a reason of lost shipping, otherwise why would a company lose the products twice and allow wastage of their goods.

WASTE and UNTRUSTWORHTY website. Dont purchase, you will have your money stuck with this company and they shall use it till you get a refund back.
