I wanted to buy a moisturiser by a French company called Embryolisse. I googled for UK suppliers and embryolisse.co.uk was the first company that came up. Their prices were excellent, and they had a phone number and a London address, so they seemed legit. I placed my order and paid by paypal. After two weeks I had not received my item, so I emailed the company. No reply. I phoned them, and went straight through to voicemail. I left a message, that was never returned. I emailed and called a few more times, and got no reply. I eventually contacted them via Paypal, and got an automated email saying my order had been cancelled. I emailed them to ask why and they said I'd cancelled the payment. I hadn't, I'd simply contacted them via paypal because I'd not received the goods I'd paid for and they had ignored all other correspondance. I got no reply to this email. At the time of writing I have opened a complaint on paypal to try and get my money back. These people are pathetic. They take your money, but do not supply you with the goods you've paid for, and when you query them, they cancel your order. You've been warned!
