Ordered two lipstick sets, ended up returning both as my best friend had the same idea and bought me a set. I emailed within 20 minutes of purchasing (and order had APPARENTLY been dispatched) and couldn't be cancelled. When it arrived I sent full package back. But I only got refunded for 1 set. Sent numerous emails to their customer service - got a different person each time basically saying nothing could be done - they cant locate other set therefore I must not have returned it. Despite sending original email to evidence I did not want it straight away - they were of no help, when I asked to escalate I was ignored and just told they received one set and that is that.
I have lost out £33 due to CULTbauty not having adequate return policy/process and lack of continuity in customer service
