It took them nearly 4 weeks to despatch four items, i messaged them numerous times & they didn't reply once. I rang them a couple of times which was a waste of time on their main number 0845 not cheap from a mobile, then i found a mobile number for them online, well as its free from my mobile i pestered them so much i think they got sick of me in the end, mind you i did say " at this rate my dad will be dead by the time he gets the order " this company is a disgrace the way it treats customers, my advice use another company as this firm is the complete un careing shop!!!!!! do not buy from them,they take your money then you have to pester the living daylights out of them to get your order. You have been warned, order at your peril!!!!!

i ordered a swivel bath chair on 2nd january 2014. Attime of placement of order, there was no indication of delay. However, when I had not received items by 9th january I e mailed to ask why. A family member then contacted the company on 12th january. When I still had not received the item on 15th january I called again and was told they had tried to contact me by phone to say the item had a 6 to 8 week delay. I did not get the phone call and they did not follow this up with an e mail to me. Payment for the item has come out of my account. Unacceptable customer service and poor communication. Not recommended, especially to anyone in the care industry working with vulnerable people

Purchased bath seat from complete care shop for my disabled child after reading the quite frankly outstanding reviews on their website. That was foolish naivety on my part. After a week waiting for delivery (website states 3-5 days) I tentatively emailed just to see when it would be delivered - nice lady emailed back saying I will look into your order Waited another week for reply- no reply so emailed again asking for any further details- got response that the item I ordered was not in stock so will be delivered 6-8 weeks from when I placed my order (why didn't they say so in first place??) Emailed after 8 weeks from order - no reply so used the track my order thing on their website which promised a phone call back to let me know what was going on- surprise surprise no phone call I eventually received the seat more than 9 weeks after order was placed it was received in good order and was what I expected so that is one positive!
