The staff at Complete Care were extremely helpful. There was a minor problem initially but this was rectified straight away. Then unfortunately there was a mechanical fault, again this was rectified immediately. I am really impressed with the level of service that we have received from Complete Care I would certainly use this company again and definitely recommend them to anyone. A definite 5 star service!! Seems to be a familiar story. No item arrived and having to chase my money through other routes. Customer service is non existent in this company. If you order an item and there's a glitch they take your money and forget you exist. I don't know many people who can afford the grief this company has caused me so ask yourself if you can before ordering from here.

When husband was in hospital ordered items for when he got home. Over a week later no delivery so contacted them, days later got reply saying items never despatched (this 11 days after taking my money) asked for refund have never received it and have had no reply to any emails. Very upsetting & money we can't afford to lose!!

Ordered an item 3 weeks ago after several phone calls to them they have decided that the item is no longer available, but it would appear my money was still taken for the item. They apparently tried several times to contact me by phone apparently they have not heard of email or post yet. they should change their name to Don't care as long as we have your money

Late delivery, one of my items was missing but charged for. I needed to return another item and six weeks on I am still waiting for my refund! Emails are ignored and after phoning I am told they don't know why I still haven't received my money back and will look into it. People with disabilities cannot afford to be £65 down nor can we afford the cost to our health of the stress of chasing up refunds. Definitely one I will not be using again and will be advising my friends to avoid.

A week after ordering I emailed t ask if order had been dispatched. I was told part of the order was out of stock, but I'd still been charged. I agreed an alternative cheaper item and a part refund on 30 April. The order duly arrived. It was 6 weeks later on 16 June that my refund was issued. I asked for a explanation but got no response. So, they take money for goods they don't have. They don't tell you it's out of stock. Thn the hold on to your money forever. Totally unacceptable conduct in the e-commerce world. Although no further contact or explanation was received, the company sought to have this review removed.
