My fiancee ordered a item from them, which payment was taken the very next day but no dispatch note and no goods 1 month later. I have tried contacting them and the clipso salon group which says that is their web shop with no joy on either side. I have since written demanding a refund under the distance selling regulations 2000 and reported them to trading standards. I suggest other users on here do the same. find them on Facebook.com clipso or their site Clipso.co.uk which still has the link to candy addicted their web store at the bottom of their services page!

I have been waiting for my order since July! Emailed and called them many times but nothing. Now their website is unavailable! I want my money back immediately.

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. Money was taken from my account almost immediately but, almost 4 weeks later, still no products. Phones are not answered and emails not responded to. A complete rip off!

I ordered a Dermalogica Age Smart starter kit 10 days ago. The balance was taken from my account 2 days after ordering, but I stil haven't received the product. Again, as with other reviews, there has been no response to e-mail or phone calls...the number goes straight to voicemail. I do not recommend you use this company. Very poor service.

I am still waiting for my delivery which is now over the delivery time quoted. Good job it was for my sister's birthday otherwise would have been really embarrassing pulling out the 'it's not arrived excuse'

Ordered 3 Age Smart Skin Resurfacing Cleanser products on a Sunday. Was not expecting it until later in the next week, but it arrived on Tuesday morning! Products in perfect condition and packaged well. Nothing to complain about.

we ordered from candyaddict on 28th aygust and have been unable to contact them after repeated tries. we should have gone through paypal, rather than send using credit card.

I ordered 2 Dermalogica Active Moist 100ml products. Cost me just over £50. Delivery was cheap relative to other shops, and the products arrived packaged well. I even got this delivered on a monday morning, so speed of delivery was very impressive. In regards to the actual products, they are fantastic! Seem to give my skin a better shine. Definitely a thumbs up!
