I used to order regularly click & collect items from Boots.com online. I have recently found it impossible to place orders. I get thrown out of the website, the items I’ve ordered disappear from my basket, discounts don’t get deducted, the site freezes and is as slow as watching paint dry.
I wanted to order 4 items today but have given up in despair.
There is no reasonably sized Boots shop near to my home so I guess I’ll have to shop elsewhere. What a shame.

I too have had the 'failed validation checks' message in the last 4 days and regardless of me calling their help number nobody can give me a reason. The computer says no and nobody can get an answer to why. I find this very sinister.
