What a joke!!!! Got the email below, they kept cancelling my order!

I had been buying from them for years!!! What is the problem to buy in bulk? Are they expecting us to buy one bottle each time and order every month? I just don’t have time to do this. I would like to speak to their management team, why the hell they don’t set the limits on quantities on each item. FGS, my kids consume about 1.5 tubs of milk powder every week, I don’t see getting one month supply is bulk buying. Anyway, I do not recommend boots to my friends and family. Let’s go somewhere else.

It appears your order has been cancelled by Boots.com. This means is that your order has failed one or more of our internal validation checks.

These are checks that all major retailers perform against all orders placed online for reasons such as payment protection, fraud prevention, bulk buying prevention and customer and business security.

I'm afraid I'm not provided a specific reason as to why your order has failed. I can only advise that you can try to place the order again after 72hrs, when the checks refresh. However, any future orders are subject to the same checks and may fail again. Alternatively you may wish to visit a Boots store and the in store colleagues will be happy to assist you place an in store order.

You may also notice a pending transaction listed on your bank or card statement; when you submit an order on Boots.com, we notify the payment provider immediately to block off the amount for your order in pre-authorisation. We have not taken any money yet as we only charge you upon dispatch, as this will obviously not happen for a cancelled order, the pre-authorisation will drop back into your available balance within 8 working days, which is a time-frame set by our payment processor, not us.

Please bare in mind, if your case was to be escalated, there is nothing more we could do regarding this matter.
