This was my first time ordering from this site. I never heard of it but they were the only ones that had the OPI color that I needed for my bridal shower favors. I placed an order and I didn't get it I was freaking as it was the item I need for my favors with zero to no time to find them somewhere else. Customer service answered my emails promptly they aided me in tracking and even kept in contact with me to see if I received it and/or if they needed to come up with a resolution to help me. They did! I am so grateful I wanted the bridal shower to be perfect for my sister. It may seem like a small gesture but it saved an important day for someone else. Often customer service are hard to reach and they try to help you limited with sometimes little or no resolution. I am so grateful that my purchase was from BEYOND POLISH!!!!!!!!!

Very pleased with my first order from Beyond Polish! Delivery was much faster than I expected, and I am "beyond" pleased!

They have many brands, which makes is easier to get a lot of my wish list at once and get to free shipping. One of the highlights is that they have the large bottles of OPI GelColor. I'm not thrilled with OPI for making two sizes to charge more and I don't want to deal with the tiny bottles; since BP only has the large bottles there are no price tricks and you're getting the real deal. If something you want is out of stock though, you may be waiting a long time. Easy ordering, clean site.

I ordered two CND Scentsations lotion and one arrived with a defective pump. I emailed Beyond Polish and they promptly sent me a replacement without requiring either a return or proof of issue. Very responsive service. This was my first order with the company and will definitely order from them in the future.

I recently purchased a set of 7 bottles for bridesmaids and after placing the order decided on a different color. I emailed their customer service and got a speedy reply stating that the order had been cancelled and that I would receive a refund. Then! I went to order the different color I wanted but my new customer coupon code for 20% off had been used on the first order that I'd decided to cancel. So I emailed customer service again and received a quick reply stating that they would honor the coupon code and clear instructions for how to make that happen. I ordered 13 OPI Bubble Bath Polishes for my bridesmaids. Not only was the price AMAZING! I was searching online everywhere to find a decent priced OPI and came upon the website. I am so glad I did. After I ordered, the products shipped a couple of days later. They came in great condition besides one polish that broke in transit. The color is EXACTLY what I ordered and it is great quality. I contacted Beyond Polish about the one broken polish and they were so great. They sent me a new polish for FREE! How awesome is that. I would definitely recommend this website and their products.

Best place to order my OPI and Essie gel polishes, the prices are very competitive and ordering is so easy. There are a selection of colors to choose from, but buy them asap cause it gets sold out quickly. Great customer service, they answered my emails within 10 minutes of asking.

When it comes to customer service I was very surprised by the quick responses and the polite decorum of the employees. I love the affordable price point and I'm stunned by their selection. My only complaint would be that the more popular shades are frequently sold out and its difficult to coordinate so that you can buy them all at once. I'm looking forward to getting my hands on pennytalk and a few other exquisite shades. Otherwise I think this is a great company and so far I've had a very positive experience. I like the interface of the website, making an account is so easy and i adore the fact that I get my tracking number with the receipt email so I don't have to hunt for it. It's very convenient.

Do my polish shopping on line. Was very pleased with the selection and variety. After several orders I sent an email with a question regarding something in particular I was looking for and was having problems finding. After a VERY quick response I was then able to place an order for just what I was looking for. I believe their prices are competitive. Products arrive quickly and in great shape. I placed an order about a month ago for Essie nail polish because the prices are unbelievable online. After placing my order, I decided to read reviews on the company and was shocked to see all the negative reviews. I immediately contacted customer service and demanded that they cancel my order and refund me my money. I received a prompt reply from them and they graciously cancelled the order and refunded me my money. About a week ago, I received a package in the mail that I was not expecting what so ever! It was from this company with my original order, a gift card, and a HAND WRITTEN card. The card apologized for the reviews I read that discouraged me from purchasing from this site, the order was on them, and the gift card was to try their products again. I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service. This company did not have to do what they did and I greatly appreciate the unexpected package. I recommend this company to those looking for cheap, quality nail polish and excellent customer service!

I ordered an Essie nail lacquer back in August and recently realized that I never received it. However, I contacted Beyond Polish and explained my situation. After answering questions to get a better understanding of my plight, Beyond Polish couldn't have been more understanding and helpful in resolving to get a replacement to me expeditiously. I am happy to say that my replacement arrived yesterday. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you Beyond Polish! I'll definitely be ordering again.

They offer a lot of options from different brands--the only problem with that is that there are too many choices to choose from and then you end up buying way more than you need. Obviously, it's hard to tell how the color will turn out against your skin tone but I've been wearing nail polish since I was 6, so I'm pretty familiar with what works for me and what doesn't. I particularly like Essie brand and they seem to have a lot of variety there and the pricing is on point. Packaging comes bubble wrapped so you don't have to worry about broken bottles upon arrival. Oh and sometimes it comes earlier than expected, so that's a win in my book.

I was hesitant to order from Beyond Polish after reading a few reviews. After noticing the competitive and affordable prices (best prices online), I thought how is this possible? Despite my doubts, I placed my order and received a package. Each polish was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. My polishes arrived safely and in a timely manner. I ordered a few polishes from the OPI Iceland collection and everything checks out! I didn't have a problem with any of my polishes and will continue to shop from Beyond Polish!

Fake products! Placed an order for several OPI polishes and couldn't not believe my eyes when I opened the package. Of the five, 3 were pretty good fakes and the other 2 were a complete joke. Yes, all of them were 100% counterfeit, but they couldn't even keep their fake suppliers straight and basically outed themselves. And they smell purely TOXIC. Now it's time to fight to get my money back. What a disgusting company!

I received my order only to try the new OPI gel and it not set. I contacted OPI for them to search the batch code only to be told it was 4 years old and it has a shelf life of 36 months. I contacted Beyond Polish informing them, they was responding then stopped and when i emailed again they said they sent me a returns label ( which i conveniently didn't receive) then they stopped replying. This is a poor, poor excuse of a company! I have also been told BY OPI that they are renowned for selling counterfeit products! Please don't use them. You'll have more luck buying from eBay and that's saying something!!!!

So thrilled with the experience. The website is clean cut and easy to navigate. I had a question about out of stock products, they replied within a few hours, and within a few days the products were back in stock! Brilliant! Would recommend using this website. Really is a great one!

Only 1/2 of my order arrived and 3 emails to resolve were all ignored and no response. This is unprofessional and my experience with beyondpolish.com was, in no way, satisfactory or acceptable. I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau and anywhere else I can to warn others before they get "taken" by this company.
