Ordered on Dec. 20th, had not received my order after a month, tried repeatedly to contact company. They finally replied that my order must have gotten lost over the holidays, though they provided no proof that they'd actually shipped it in the first place. I requested re-shipment with tracking, so I could see my order in transit. They refused. To their credit, they offered a refund, but a) I have no idea whether they would have honored that (haven't received a refund yet) and b) after over a month of waiting, emailing, and getting no response, I feel that I deserved a guaranteed order. So, bottom line: I wouldn't trust these people, their customer service department is unresponsive, shipping unreliable. If you actually need medication, this is not a company you can count on. I will not be ordering from them again.
