I made an order on the 24th of August and have received nothing. It has been over 2 weeks and BetterChemist have done nothing at all to resolve it, I have sent several emails and received a single reply saying that they will contact the owner for a resolution. That was nearly a week ago. What sort of customer service needs to contact the owner? It sounds very fishy to me.
I am out of pocket and very disappointed. I will be contacting the fraud watchdog with the details of this site. I suggest others to avoid like the plague.
