Have been waiting for over 2 weeks for items which were ordered on 2-3 day tracked delivery fro Bellezo. The items were listed as in stock and have still not, as far as I can ascertain, been dispatched.
Bellezo customer service is extremely poor and the number on the website doesn't work, leaving email as the only option of contacting customer services. I am currently being drip fed information on the whereabouts of ny order by some bloke called Gary.
Avoid at all costs.

Hi there,

Thanks for posting your review and notifying us about your concerns. The festive period is the busiest time of the year for us and our postal partners the Royal Mail. Delays cans occur due to an overload in postage or because of holidays when the Royal Mail are non-operational i.e. Christmas, Boxing Day etc. Regardless you should've received your order by now. All tracking information is sent out automatically but sometimes this can end up in junk/spam folders of your email. Our phone number does work, perhaps you trying calling on days when our offices were closed for the festive period.
