I placed an order for a bottle of ELIZABETH ARDEN RED DOOR on 27th November from www.50scents.co.uk , and the money to pay for the perfume was deducted from my bank account the following day. I had still not received my order and since it was a gift for Christmas for my mother I was trying to track it down by emailing the company on 17th December, I had also tried phoning but it was ringing out. It said on their website they reply to enquiries within 24 hours and because it was so close to Christmas, I emailed again on 19th December. I got increasingly impatient and decided to try phoning again.
I spoke to a gentleman who looked up my order and told me the product was
out of stock and would not be with me before Christmas, I was not very happy that they had not told me this before, considering they had had my order for over three weeks so I asked for a refund and was told my account would be credited by the end of that week. I then received an email on 21st December confirming our telephone conversation. That is the last I heard from them. I emailed again yesterday (4th January) since I had still not received my refund or had a further reply from them. They now appear to just be ignoring me.
