I ordered about two weeks ago, and initially was given a date of 28th September for delivery.
Having read some of the reviews I was uneasy
Like other people I couldn't track my parcel, and I had received emails telling me that it was ready for delivery.
I phoned the company and spoke to an extremely helpful member of staff, who said my goods were on route but she also was having a problem tracking the parcel. She followed this up with an email to say when my order would arrive, and it did exactly as she said
I was very pleased with my order as the hair products were considerably cheaper than shops. I certainly will use this company again, but perhaps it would be helpful if when using Royal mail they pay for the tracker, I certainly would have been happy to pay a little extra on P&P to cover additional costs.
