Order placed with 4 weeks notice. Item delivered on correct day only for the RECIPIENT to be called and asked if they received 3 bottles or just the 1!!!!

Surprise ruined!

I only found out about it from the receipient as they NEVER even bothered to call me to explain!
Now we have a ruined gift which we will be lucky to receive in time for his birthday!!!!

Terrible service, no remorse shown, no compensation for such a huge error.
