I don't write reviews. I read them though before (or after) choosing a seller or a product. I have bought gifts many times from vintagewines. I don't think they deserve the negativity I read here. Out of 5 purchases two of the bottles were corked. A 1974 and a 1953, both from Burgundy. I arranged for the replacement that they do for free under their policy without asking too many questions, delivered directly to the people that I gave the wines as a present. I can't blame them for a corked old bottle, that looks good before opened. After all an old wine is an old wine. I can't give them 5 stars because they are not perfect obviously, but I trust them with my rare anniversary or birthday gifts that I can't find anywhere else, because of their caring customer service and for covering the cost of bad luck.

LOL! You must be one of their employees trying to increase the feeback score of this company! It is a coincidence to suddenly find positive feedback like this when just last night I sent a link to some negative feedback left by TaniyaPenn via your "contact us online form". This tactic is so obvious to savvy online wine buyers and is the oldest trick in the book! Customers be warned the vintage wine here is substandard, obviously not stored in the right conditions, return policy not adhered to, customer service appalling, discover the delights of genuine online vintage wine retailers there are plenty of them out there, quality vintages, quality cellaring, at a fraction of the cost!
