They did not deliver in the time stated and could not even send me the correct tracking number.
Having ordered on a 5 day service it eventually took at least 13 days from date of order.
It was an international order - after they have your order they come back a day later and say "5 day service is not guaranteed", knowing most customers will just stay with the order. What they don't say is they don't ship until 3 days after the order, and then use a slow service. 12 days after ordering it is still in transit.
Clearly once they have your money they don't care. If this wasn't a specific birthday gift for a friend -- way too late of course -- I would have it cancelled en route.
I will NEVER buy from them again.

It takes 3-4 working to most destinations abroad. The parcel has to be signed for upon delivery. If the recipient is not in, that can cause delays.
