I ordered fresh turmeric from Slices of India. The product that arrived was rotten. After I complained and sent them a photograph of the goods they gave me a partial rreceipt fund. I explained that woukd be happy to pay for a replacement order but they should pay postage. They replied 'Sorry, no, we supplied goods to our satisfaction. The postage was not free…'. I know it was not free I paid for it and still haven't got what I ordered!
