Customer service is not only support business, smiley face, greeting and action is stupid. I bought Elephant Med Atta, it is cost £1.95 it is torn while it shopping or might be torn before I took it from shop floor. While check out she showed me it is torn. I request a bag for cover it. I know if I refuse to buy it will be 100% waste. I am surprise she has not offer a 20 pence bag but she said to me leave the product if you do not want to buy. ( I don't want to buy bag because I am with my back pack) I am surprised because of her common sense. She wants to save £0.20 shopping bag and simultaneously want to waste £1.95 pence. What is this? Is this type of action makes profit for company and indirectly refuse to customer to help?
