First issue - I was advised that the shopping would be about £100. It then became £10 more. It was then changed to another £10 more with no change to the order.....i.e. they have held onto too much money & made me feel they felt they could charge what they want. The whole process to get to the right amount was shambolic - offering boxes that were unavailable, boxes not showing all contents when added to an order etc....so I wasted hours of my time getting all of their errors and stock outs resolved. It should have been a simple process to self serve and check out. They don't care about their customers at all - no apology was made and they were rude.
Second issue - even though I hadn't received a formal dispatch notification - I was in all day as I needed this order. No one knocked on the door or called. No delivery slip was left. If they did actually dispatch the order - no delivery was ever made or found. I have since had to buy additional goods as these did not arrive. This was my third order - there was also a major delivery issue with the first so they obviously have problems with their delivery company.
Basically - I have been overcharged for a delivery that never came
