I placed an order on 14th September 2012 and was given a delivery date of 19th September. When my order didnt arrive I contacted the company and was told that even though I was given a delivery date I should have checked their website to see that because of my postal code I should expect delivery the following date. I asked them to check with the carriage company and ask when I could expect a delivery, they contacted me to let me know that they couldn't guarantee delivery, and therefore they said that they would be returning my order and would not be able to take any future orders from me! I told them that I had previously spent alot of money with them with no previous problems. It didnt make a difference. 8 days later I am still waiting for my refund......
