I really enjoyed the email discussion prior to making the purchase I recived prompt resplies to all of my queries and my questions were properly answered. The main query I had was on the condition of the box and bottle I recived assurancss each time and when the bottles arrived what Abbey Whisky told me was exactly as they described. That doesn't happen with other specialist suppliers!! I was especially impressed with the care of packing the transit boxes which were packed in a superb manner and I could see that a great deal of effort had been put into protecting my valuable purchase. All in all I found buying whisky from them a very enjoyable genuine experience and I would recommend fans of the "malt" to look at abbeywhisky first signed "Malt Devotee"

I think the only problem with Abbey Whiskey is that there's just too many bottles which simply cannot be passed by! I have dealt with them since purchasing a splendid Ardbeg for my Husbands 50th and have been continuously impressed by their professional manner. Delivery is prompt with bottles safely packaged and communication is fantastic. Although I do browse, I always find myself coming back to them every time, the selection always includes something a little different which appears to be my weakness!

I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.
