I received a voucher for a spa day for two for my birthday. I had to wait 7 months before there was an available date and I received a voicemail at 6.40pm the night before to say that they had to cancel my treatments as they had no therapists available. Really not great and unapologetic. I can only assume I will have to wait several months for an available date again!! Not sure I can be bothered now.
