I paid extra for track and trace Royal Mail AirSure which provides tracking over 6 deliver points door to door. After 12 days I have no package and no products after spending over 130GBP. I have sent 4 emails asking for assistance and have been a variety of excuses. One was to wait as it could be in customs. Wrong. Next one was that the parcel cannot be tracked after it reaches international mail centre. Wrong (see website http://www.royalmail.com/personal/international-delivery/airsure). The other was they could resend it but half the products are now out of stock. It would appear that your credit card can be charged immediately but its ok not to know where your goods are or care about finding out. Definitely not worth the hassle. I would rather pay a higher price, receive my products and go somewhere where someone can help you.

I, think so, too. I don't feel that the product I ordered was the real thing. Seemed like a knock off to me. Wasn't the same consistency as the real lotion. Ripped off.
