I placed an order for 4 dog tags on 4th may and now on 1st June still nothing has arrived. Have phoned several times and sent 2 e mails but have heard nothing. Have informed trading standards so hopefully something will be done. Would not advise anybody to use this company.

i ordered a dog tag on 5th May 2012. I have not yet recieved my order and it is now the 22nd May. I have sent 3 emails and have not had a single reply. I have today emailed them again asking for a refund and if i dont get it within a week i have threatened to take matters further. I have never dealt with such a shoddy company. Please dont order from these Rip off merchants.

I ordered two sets of pet tages from this dreadful company and have had no communication from them at all. I have tried rining them sevral times - they don't answer the phone and there is no answerphone. I have emailed them and they don't reply. They took the money weeks ago I suspect this is just a fraudulent way of taking money - don't use!

I placed an order for a 'Luxury, Super Deluxe' dog tag for £6.99 on 23rd March. A couple of weeks later I hadn't received anything so I sent them an email asking if they could give me an update on my order - no reply. A week later I'd still received nothing, so I emailed them again, again I was ignored. I then rang them and left a voicemail and then another voicemail hours later, both calls were ignored by them. I have since sent another two emails asking that my money be refunded as I had ordered a replacement from a different company.

Today (1st May), over a month since I placed my order I received the tag which from the post-mark was sent out on 30th April. The tag is terrible quality! How they have the nerve to call it Luxury and super deluxe I don't know!! I'm disgusted that I had to contact them six times, with no response, to get my order sent out. I'd asked them to cancel my order and refund my money in emails as the tag is now useless to me!

I've now sent them another email and left another voicemail, as they sent the product after I asked them to refund me telling them I'd had to get a tag elsewhere. I've offered to send the awful quality tag back. I fully expect to be ignored by them yet again!

Their website is full of positive feedback from customers - I've never received such poor 'service'

I have been using these guys for a few months now and they are the best value on the net (where else could you get fully engraved brass discs for under £1.00 each?) As I run a dog rescue centre value for money is very important.

On the down side - there is not a lot of personal contact from them but then I get premium product at bargain price so this doesn't really matter. If I were looking for bulk product at good prices then I would go for these guys...if I were looking for a more personal service then I'm not that sure. They do seem to do a huge range of stuff and their prices are good across the board.

I ordered the gift box I'm Chipped for £6.29 in the middle of Feb 2012, 2 weeks later still no package. I rang and spoke to them, giving them all the order details etc and their order number. They had debited my account straight away. The second package never turned up either, when I rang they just said these things happen, no apology, no offer of free or replacement item (not that it would have turned up.

Result: waiting for money back, still no tag, and a waste of a month waiting.

Shocking experience, I would never use them again.

I have been ordering my dog's ID tags from this company for years now and have always found them extremely helpful, the goods are excellent quality and have never had a problem receiving my goods. I will continue to use this firm for all my future pet tag needs. Thanks Top Engraving!!

I placed an order using google checkout and got an email that credit card had been charged.

Just over a week later and no goods I emailed TopEngraving via google checkout to ask about my order. I never got a response.

Another 5 days on I emailed them again asking them to cancel my order as it was now two weeks since my order and still no goods. Again no response from Top Engraving.

I tried phoning the number they gave on their website during working hours but only got an answerphone. I left a message but, you've guessed it, no response.

I emailed again asking for a refund but got no response.

I then reported them to Trading Standards. I don't know if that did the trick but a couple of weeks later I got a delivery of a (poor quality) collar and tag.

I have not bothered to try to get a refund as I don't believe they'd respond and I have written this off to experience. But I will never do business with them again.
