We bought two sets of £50 vouchers for 2 couples of family members for Xmas. Despite paying premium postage it took them 5 days to despatch and Royal Mail 2 days to deliver. Also chased for delivery. Why not available to print online? Presentation was dreadful. Tokens £100 worth were stuffed in 1 gift wallet and the "added messages" were printed out on a piece of A4 paper with errors in each "rn" between recipient and greeting??? A child of 4 could have done better! Very amateur-looking. They hide behind a premium rate phone number also so only reasonable means of contact is email - to which they did respond. Have bought other theatre tokens elsewhere which look much more impressive and work very well. Only hope these actually work. All round a very tacky set-up.

I ordered some theatre vouchers for a friend's birthday online 6 days before her birthday. The whole process was slow as it took 3 days before I got a confirmation email. By the time they were delivered my friend's birthday had been and gone. Very disappointing in this modern internet age that it had taken so long. I could have bought and posted something much quicker myself. They are great for a theatre lover like my friend but if you order them leave plenty of time.
