Really disappointed with this company - please do not use!! They sent me the WRONG order. It took me 2 days to get hold of them, and when I did I was faced with an argumentative company owner - and told she knows her website and it was my fault!!

They would refund me but I had to pay for postage and no replacement would be sent until they'd received it, which I tried to explain would be too late as I need item for weekend, they did not seem to care - just interested in arguing with me, n saying how there is no her website could have gone wrong - she knows her website!!

I'm very disappointed - out of pocket - and without a present all thanks to this company!!!

We bought a 2 tier unisex Nappycake for our Colleague as they had everything already, and we fancied doing something a little different.

After receiving the confirmation email regarding order and delivery, I noticed the delivery address was the billing address and not the one I had requested. Quick email to their customer support and it was sorted really quickly and nicely.

Punctual delivery (in snow!) and [name removed] was very helpful with changing the address.

The present was well received, but as someone who leads a Customer Excellence Programme, I was more impressed with their desire to make sure everything was okay, rather than leave things be and deliver to the billing address!!

I ordered a Personalised 2 Tier Yellow Unisex nappy cakefor my friend. The choice of the nappy cakes was great and the little gifts are also lovely ideas. I therefore couldn't resist buying one of the Boys Baby Gift - Baby Ice Cream for her too. She knows that she is expecting a boy and so the feeding set was bought in 'boys blue'. However I bought the nappy cake as unisex which was one of the things that mother to be loved the most about it. It was delivered directly to her and so I haven't seen it in the fleash however the note that I got from her reassured me that it was money very well spent. She had commented on the lovely colours and said that it had been a really welcome suprise to be delivered to her door whilst she was sat around waiting it our for her imminent arrival - as the heading suggests she said that it made her smile, excited and cry (in a good way) a bit. I would like to thank pure nappy cakes for that as I don't live near her and it makes me happy to have sent her something that will be useful and has cheered her up. Another friend is expecting soon and without a doubt I will order from nappy cakes for a treat for her/baby.

Delivery was also great with tracking to see that it has been received also giving me peace of mind. I did pay £5.99 for it to be next day which I would sometimes grumble at but knowing that it would get to her soon was worth it.

It was nice to get something a little bit different for someone.
