Hold all get to arrive but I wanted to comment on the service.

I ordered a Hold all and the money was taken as expected.

It was showing as The last one in stock.

The following day i received an d mail apologising but the Hold all was not available. ( no problem as I was debating which one to get and I had narrowed it down to 4!)

They customer service were very apologetic and refunded my money immediately and offered me a 10% reduction in my next order. I placed an order that evening and the Hold all was dispatched the following day.

Fantastic customer service you see very little of these days. The Hold all was also reduced by £130 in the sale for a leather bag these day that's great value. Would recommend on their service alone.

Have bought a new handbag, purse and credit card holder from this website. Well made and loved the idea of putting them in nice reusable bags.

Would recommend this excellent company to all my friends and family. Nothing I didn't hate the recent purchases at all.

I ordered a purse and handbag on Wednesday and the products arrived at my door only 2 days later! I live many miles away from the UK so didn´t expect such a speedy delivery. Also the products are top quality, and exactly as they look on the website photos. I´ll definitely buy again and will recommend to friends, colleagues and family.

Brought a rucksack bag was happy with it. But then then zip broke , would not zip to gather so emailed and explained this to them. I have sent it back. But 13 emails to them and still waiting for a reply and a replacement. have not heard anything back.So far its taken 3 months and still trying to get some one to help and sort it out.IT feels like once they have your money they are not interested.So no would not recommend this site.

Did order another item but will be sending it back poor lining not finish properly so will fray and come undone

I had previously ordered a Pure Luxuries pearl bracelet from Debenhams for my wife but this never turned up and the best they could offer me was a £5 gift voucher.

However, after sending an email directly to Pure Luxuries explaining the problem and the urgency, they emailed me back with a link to the item in question, reduced their price to match Debenhams and delivered it the next day - Panic over!

I'm only giving Pure Luxuries A FIVE STAR RATING as there isn't a 6 star!

I too stumbled across Pure Luxuries whilst looking for a man's leather wallet. I placed an order and received my purchase, very nicely packaged within two days! Also fell into temptations way and looked at the discounted handbags, fatal!! Treated myself to a beautiful one which also arrived within two days! The big deal being it's the week before Christmas!! Lots of companies are already saying 'not guaranteed for Christmas' so a huge well done Pure Luxuries. The wallet and bag are made of beautiful soft leather. The colour of the bag is 'smokey blue' and I just love it. A great pity that I have already bought presents for my three daughters so they will have to wait. Anyway I might have been tempted to keep them all. So thank you very much Pure Luxuries, I will most definitely shop with you again.

I stumbled across Pure Luxuries by chance after a Google search, and purchased a gents leather bag. Less than 24 hours later, it arrived perfectly wrapped. The bag itself is exactly as described; beautiful soft leather. I really cannot fault either the service or the goods.
