If I could have I would have awarded 0 stars. All I can say is this company is not a nice one to do business with, they take your money quick but then when you need after sales it's a whole other tale. I bought a personalised picture frame for a christening on a Tuesday, I paid extra for next day delivery......it arrived 1 week later!! Yep, it missed the christening and embarrassed me a lot for turning up with just a card. I contacted PGS and asked for follow up, I was told parcel force had lost my parcel so they would send another one, I asked for a refund on the delivery as it wasn't my fault the parcel didn't arrive and that they could claim from parcel force......after all i hadn't received the service I paid for, The girl said she couldn't do that as PGS had despatched on time.......well yes but i still had no gift, not my fault either, within minutes the girl emailed again saying it was my fault as I had quoted an order number from 2016 so she had mistakenly looked at the wrong order and in fact my parcel was sent via royal mail not parcel force, I checked my emails and checked again to which I found I never quoted an old order number at all, I had put the correct order number on all correspondence, So again i was made to feel like it was my fault. I asked a supervisor to look into it, she said I had paid for next day delivery however she said I had to allow 10 days for royal mail......forgive me if i am wrong but if we select and pay for a service that is called 'next day' is that not what we expect.....if I wanted to pay for a 10 day delivery service that would be different. So as a gesture of good will the supervisor offered a partial refund of the delivery charge......what a joke and a huge insult!! My advice to you is don't buy from this company, there are many other companies out there that actually care about their customers, if you do buy from this company then please don't bother paying extra for next day delivery as it won't happen

COULD NOT AGREE WITH YOU MORE!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR REASON SO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WERE LEFT WITHOUT ANY PRESENTS ON CHRISTMAS DAY!!!!
