VERY BAD SERVICE! AWFUL GIFT SHOP! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I have been shopping online for many years and never have I experienced such a bad online service like this! I purchased a personalised clock for a wedding gift, when it finally arrived.. it was not boxed properly.. there was a plastic pizza centre holder holding the clock hands in place!! When I removed this the hands were actually loose. I then discovered the clocks battery box at the back of the clock was also loose and broken. The clock did not work!! As the delivery came late I had no other option but to take it to a clock repair shop and they told me it is unrepairable as the mechanism inside is broken. They kindly suggested that the quickest way to resolve this is to buy another clock and change the back bits over. So my husband did this in time for the wedding. I got in touch with personalisedgifts.co.uk and they were trying to tell me to tighten the nut that holds the hands!!! I explained it is nothing to do with that and said I took it to the clock repair shop. I also asked for atleast a partial refund as this was no fault of mine but they did not bother to reply.
Please do not waste your time with this rubbish online shop which is personalisedgiftsshop.Go to gettingpersonal.they are very reliable and respong appropriately.. maybe personalised gift shop need to learn a few things from them!
