I ordered three pens, one for a 21st present to go direct to the recipients address. the input screen told me i had used two addresses, one billing, one delivery, but the billing address was used. i complained, was told i did not input it properly and the screens are correct, why didnt i check it before, no compensation apart from an offer of 5% off my next order which is not worth the print. as if i would ever order anything from them again. their idea of custoner service was totally non existent, they do not have a clue how to retain goodwill and future custom. but for the fact that the other two pens were already posted, i would have cancelled everything and gone elsewhere. i shall go elswhere in future. DO NOT USE THEM< THEY ARE INDIFFERENT AND A WASTE OF SPACE>

  • i used them because of the engraving option. otherwisde pens are cheaper elsewhere
