Avoid at all costs! I discovered this online gift shop by a search engine and I thought it had some great gift ideas for various occasions, personalised wooden boxes, bath bombs, wine etc. They do not even warrant a one star as far as I am concerned, though I cannot comment in honesty on the items(s) ordered as I never even saw it!

I ordered a gift box for the recipient but it was complicated as I am not in contact with the recipient shortly after. The parcel was not delivered due to the recipient being out and apparently was not even collected. Fair enough!

Though here I am 2 months on. I have sent loads emails. ALL IGNORED! Left a message on the answering machine once as once right at start of all this hassle and a recorded message saying open 9am to 3.30pm Mon - thurs I think it was , but No reply! I sent a letter by post and did get a reply but not answering fully all that I asked.

Sent an email by return/reply to message received. Still no reply!

So hear I am 2 months later around £50 out of pocket! where the parcel is I do not know! They have pocketed nearly £50 and I have nothing to show for the money!

Please, save your money and go elsewhere. I would not even give them one star! Appalling!
