I have completed a large purchase with LITB. The buying process, shipping, delivery and product quality have been wonderful. I was hesitant, at first to use the plumbing products, but they are of good quality and look nice.

i ordered 2 monet oil paintings. both were above my expectations. they were true to the originals, but unique - not copied. the ordering was easy and the delivery was on time. i am recommending their products to my family and friends. totally pleased.

easy way to shop online. and good value for monay. i bought nail polishes and lipsticks , everything in good quality, perfect colors in good prices .i will buy more things soon , because light in the box "pass the test". also customer service is very good and very fast , to answer in any question.

I was very afraid of ordering a dress on line. It came today and I am astonished by the quality of the workmanship. All seams are finished with complete lining. Beautifully done! Way better than the $200+ dresses in the stores. When it listed the normal price of the dress as $500+ I was really skeptical but when I got it I could definately see why. I would suggest paying the extra $30 for the personal measurments so you get a perfect fit. Worth every penny and then some. The website should show some of the finishing details to put peoples minds at ease.

I purchase a keyboard case for my Ipad,my Ipad fit perfectly in the case ,its always handy to have a Keyborad case in case you want to write a long letter,the color was red which I liked but I think it also should come in other colors

Our order arrived a week earlier than your site estimated. Our new vanity and faucet were installed yesterday and look great. We couldn't find the faucet a high end fixtures store in Toronto and would only get a basic fixture for the price. The only caution to you is that our contractor said that the installation of your product wasn't entirely compatible for the North American market and had to get extra parts to make it work and now it does. We were glad that your company also sold the cover plate seeing that the faucet was made for single drilled vanities. It's all good.

Same problem as the other reviews. Hidden Import Costs. LITB will tell you that they make reference to these charges under their 'Frequently Asked Questions' or similar heading. Why not alert the customer to these considerable charges up front, maybe during checkout? They and we know why they dont do this dont we ! The quality of the goods arent that great either.

I ordered a starlight HD2 android phone to replace my stolen iPhone 4. I was aware at the time of purchase that it was a unlocked jail broken HD2 with a android interface *which I prefer over windows any day*. Shipping took about 2 weeks and the product is phenomenal, granted the os is a bit out of date being most android are a 4.0 and this one was a 2.3 (advertised as such) but otherwise it runs perfectly. I am in the US and received no extra charge other then the $215 I originally paid for the phone. When I had a question the live chat was helpful and the agent very competent, they even followed up with an email the following Monday and requested a review of the customer service agent and product. I plan on ordering a dress from here next for a formal I have to attend in October, I will order before July so I have time to take it to the tailor and have it properly fitted as some people have complained about manufacturing time. The customer reviews and real life pictures have helped me feel more comfortable in my decision to purchase from here I just hope this experience is as good as my first with this company.

month ago I've ordered dress for my las. it took one month since i ordered dress till i get it home with me !!! Delivery cost about 15 pounds is absolutely dissapointing i guess !!! Finally they do not think because havent declared item as a low price gift as every one do, so there for i paid another 25 pound VAT. all together dress : 65 pounds delivery another : 15 pounds VAT: 25 pounds total: 105 pounds next time NEVER !!! worst seller ever. !!!

Order No.: 1110101601928202 Recently ordered a webcam which costs were stated as: Sub-Total: € 30.96 Expedited Shipping: € 13.23 Shipping Insurance Rates: € 1.54 Total = 45.74€ Delivery went ok, with no problems but one month later received letter from UPS talking about import costs. These summed up 25.56€. At no time this cost came up to my attention when buying the product. My product cost in the end 60% more that the subtotal. Amazing hm? Of course you can find it in the terms and conditions and on some page on the knowledge base. However when buying a product we want to have a fast buy and a great user experience - these are the ingredients for a possible next buy and recommendation to a friend. Lightinthebox did not learn this and is throwing away lots of business opportunities by not clarifying their customers about final product prices. I work on a very large internet company and intend to share this experience across all of our employees. So here it is Lightinthebox, one customer unhappy + multiple future customers lost. But hey! You got my 45€ so you must be happy with that. That is what i call, poor business. Thank you reviewcentre for letting me share this in one extra spot on the internet. Several ones will follow.

Terrible customer service!!! The product arrived along with another bill for £25.50 worth of import tax which i had no idea would be requested and surprise surprise i did not have this money in cash to pay the delivery company so they took it away. When i asked for a refund i was refused and they were very cold and unhelpful until i e-mailed saying i was taking it up with Paypal. After a lot of e-mails basically saying tough ** i received an offer of settlement for a lot less than i paid. Luckily i used Paypal and the complaint went in my favour and i received a full refund although i took over a month. If you are happy to pay up to 30-40% import tax then that's fine but beware of the poor customer service and you MUST pay through Paypal
