The worst service I have ever seen from any business organisation. I ordered two packages during Rakhi, one to Gurgaon and another to Bangalore(Order no IG548990 and IG 551099). Both the times items were delivered very late and that to half of the items were delivered(Only sweets delivered but not Rakhi). After I contacted the customer care then 2nd half was delivered after 5 days and this time again without Rakhi. During Rakhya Bandhan Rakhi is the most important thing and that was not delivered, what can be worst than this!After several attempt to contact customer care, still no reply. Absolute fraude site to order anything.
